~~He should have been awarded not charged!~~
What is wrong with courts lately?? Seems like anybody can murder someone and get away with it, but punch just one child molester and into prison you go.

The problem is teh guy was only "suspected" before he got punched. If they waited until the conviction, he'll be everyone's punching bag behind bars.
